Mr Kapur is one of the most recognised and admired leaders of the Indian Pharmaceutical landscape with over 33 years of industry experience across various therapeutic segments and a proven track record of turning around and creating businesses.

Mr Kapur started his career in 1985 with Lupin Ltd as a FSO and grew up the ranks to DGM Sales by 2009. Since 2009 he was with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and most recently as a Senior Vice President heading 14 businesses with almost 3,000 team strength and 2,000 Cr businesses.

Mr. Kapur , a dynamic personality , with his repertoire of healthcare business knowledge and proven track record aims to make Indiabulls pharmaceuticals a Top 10 company in India and make an indelible contribution to the phenomenal growth and success stories that Indiabulls Group is known for in India and across the globe.

Nikhil Chari is Co-founder and President of Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals. Prior to co-founding Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals in 2016, Nikhil spent the last 18 years in strategy consulting and investing in leading healthcare corporations across the globe.

Nikhil started his career with leading strategy consulting firm, McKinsey & Company with their Global Pharmaceuticals Practice in New Jersey, USA and worked extensively with top global healthcare organizations across the pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare services sectors.

Post his strategy consulting career, Nikhil spent the past decade with leading investment management firms as an investor in global healthcare corporations and worked closely with company Boards, government policy makers and regulators and industry stakeholders to shape the healthcare investment agenda across diverse geographies such as North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, Brazil, China, Russia, South Africa and India.

Nikhil is an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA majoring in Finance and Healthcare Management and a Bachelors and Masters of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi majoring in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology. Nikhil is also a CFA charter holder.

Dinesh is a collaborative leader whose strengths lie in providing strategic directions as well as driving execution excellence.

In a career span spread over three decades in pharmaceutical industry , Dinesh successfully handled large team , business with P&L responsibilities & managed chronic & acute therapy business by building large brands through team of diverse background.

Dinesh expertise lies in start-up of new business units, restructuring of existing businesses & change management with added experience of negotiating & collaborating with International business partners for in-licensing products promotion, planning & implementing transfer of business, brands & intellectual properties.

He firmly believes building business goes hand in hand with building competencies in the team for which business leader must work relentlessly. His immediate objective in hand is to set new benchmarking & bring paradigm shift in approach in IPM with launch of new business unit with new team successfully.

Dinesh is Science & Law graduate, with diploma in Taxation. He was also registered with Bar Council.

Dinesh have Significant experience in cross functional working , having dotted line reporting of various support function like HR , Finance , Distribution , Demand planning, Medical , Strategic marketing & business development , Therapy marketing , Training & development.

Mr. Anil Sharma is one of the most seasoned and recognized Leader of Indian Pharmaceutical industry with an experience of over 28 Years in various therapeutic segments and proven track record of creating Business with ethical Pharmaceuticals Practices and developing Geographical Territories by developing People with Competitive Skills,Logics, knowledge ,assertiveness and Team Building as his major instinct.

Mr. Anil Sharma has started his career as Professional Service Representative in 1990 with Ranbaxy and worked for 22 Years with Ranbaxy & 6 Years with Zydus Cadila at multiple Positions and taken Responsibilities across hierarchy in Sales and Marketing of various Therapeutic segments and grew in his career from Professional Service Representative to Current Position of Vice President at India Bulls Pharmaceuticals to contribute in Growth of India Bulls in Chronic Therapy and to make India Bulls a Top Ten company in India.

Swarnalata Ajay Kotian is Vice-President Sales and Marketing – Dermatology, Feminex in Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to joining Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 2017, Swarnalata had spent 23 years in Marketing and Sales in leading pharmaceuticals companies in India. Starting her career as a Brand Manager, Swarnalata had a long stint of 18 years in Glenmark Pharmaceuticals with her last position as DGM Sales and Marketing followed by Alkem Laboratories as GM Sales and Marketing and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as HOD Sales and Marketing. Swarnalata has extensive experience in various therapies including Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Orthopedics and Dermatology. In the last decade she had worked extensively in Dermatology and Cosmetology. She has to her credit many successful brands and divisions’ launches in the Pharma industry.

Swarnalata had majored in B.SC. Microbiology from Mumbai University and has diplomas in Clinical Analysis from Mumbai University and in Systems Management from Aptech. Swarnalata has done her Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
