Mr Kapur started his career in 1985 with Lupin Ltd as a FSO and grew up the ranks to DGM Sales by 2009. Since 2009 he was with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and most recently as a Senior Vice President heading 14 businesses with almost 3,000 team strength and 2,000 Cr businesses.

Mr. Kapur , a dynamic personality , with his repertoire of healthcare business knowledge and proven track record aims to make Indiabulls pharmaceuticals a Top 10 company in India and make an indelible contribution to the phenomenal growth and success stories that Indiabulls Group is known for in India and across the globe.

Nikhil Chari is Co-founder and President of Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals. Prior to co-founding Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals in 2016, Nikhil spent the last 18 years in strategy consulting and investing in leading healthcare corporations across the globe.

Nikhil started his career with leading strategy consulting firm, McKinsey & Company with their Global Pharmaceuticals Practice in New Jersey, USA and worked extensively with top global healthcare organizations across the pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare services sectors.

Post his strategy consulting career, Nikhil spent the past decade with leading investment management firms as an investor in global healthcare corporations and worked closely with company Boards, government policy makers and regulators and industry stakeholders to shape the healthcare investment agenda across diverse geographies such as North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, Brazil, China, Russia, South Africa and India.

Nikhil is an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA majoring in Finance and Healthcare Management and a Bachelors and Masters of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi majoring in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology. Nikhil is also a CFA charter holder.

Swarnalata Ajay Kotian is Vice-President Sales and Marketing – Dermatology, Feminex in Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to joining Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 2017, Swarnalata had spent 23 years in Marketing and Sales in leading pharmaceuticals companies in India. Starting her career as a Brand Manager, Swarnalata had a long stint of 18 years in Glenmark Pharmaceuticals with her last position as DGM Sales and Marketing followed by Alkem Laboratories as GM Sales and Marketing and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as HOD Sales and Marketing. Swarnalata has extensive experience in various therapies including Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Orthopedics and Dermatology. In the last decade she had worked extensively in Dermatology and Cosmetology. She has to her credit many successful brands and divisions’ launches in the Pharma industry.

Swarnalata had majored in B.SC. Microbiology from Mumbai University and has diplomas in Clinical Analysis from Mumbai University and in Systems Management from Aptech. Swarnalata has done her Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Anil Kumar Vasishta is Associate Vice President of Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals and is heading the Respiratory and Critical Care Portfolio. Prior to Indiabulls Anil has spent 27 years in the Indian Pharma industry . Anil started his career with Lupin Limited as a medical representative and rose to the level of Deputy General Manager and worked extensively across the length and breath of the country and covered almost all therapeutic segments . Anil also has experience in working with Cadila Pharma , Alkem as General Manager and Senior General Manager. Anil spent the past 5 years in building some of the biggest brands in the Indian Pharma industry including Aciloc , Taxim , Taxim-O, Sumo, A to Z,

Anil Kumar Vasishta is an MBA and has done management courses from IIM Bangalore and IIM Ahmedabad . He has done his computers from Aptech and NIIT. Anil has also been a consultant for the leading consultancy organisations as GLG limited, Zintro and Congo Links.

Animesh is an experienced sales and marketing strategist, a problem solver as well as an effective people manager. In a short span of ten years, Animesh has grown from a field representative to the vertical head. He has lead a number of sales and marketing teams in the pharma industry, worked with leading strategy consulting firms like McKinsey & Company as the sales and marketing expert.

This exposure of pharma business and consulting makes him a rare professional who brings a fresh perspective to the table.His unique experience equips him to leverage on best practices followed across different industries, which further helps him lay robust processes, coach his team and has prolific association among operations and support teams.

Animesh has a natural understanding of the business and people. This distinctive quality makes him a popular leader among field force and helps in achieving the targets as well. With 24 years’ experience in managing the most diversified range of pharmaceutical products Mehul joins Team Indiabulls to spearhead one of the most challenging and life-saving range of critical care products, encompassing various super specialities in ICUs.

His strong domains are super speciality high technical pharmaceutical products and devices, in his forte of sales, marketing & business development coupled with team building skills that have enabled him to deliver results consistently for the past two decades.

Mehul, started as a Medical Representative in 1994 and today is a renowned expert in managing field operations and launching new business/products especially in super-specialty segments of Chemotherapy, Interventional Oncology, Biological's, Bio-similar, Targeted Therapies, Immunological, Vaccines, Anti Retro Viral, Immunosuppressant’s & Dialysis Range of Products.

He is a hard core disciplined pharmaceutical professional who believes in quick decision making, power of perseverance, execution and self-conviction and has contributed to growth of companies like Cadila Laboratories, Cipla, Ranbaxy & Janssen Pharmaceuticals (division of J&J) to name a few.

Mehul believes that together with his team, and with the range of Indiabulls Critica, there would be significant value created for more than 80% ICUs and patients over the next 3 years.

Dhirendra Srivastava is experienced sales professional with 19 years of strong pharmaceutical exposure, grown internally across various hierarchies with reputed multinational and indian companies like Zydus Cadila, Abbott and Emcure. His sales and marketing expertise spans acute care, orthopaedic, gastroenterology, gynaecology & respiratory segment. He has worked across all geographies with sharp business acumen and collaborative skills that is backed by consistent performance. Well- organized individual with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and enthusiasm to achieve both personal & corporate goals. He aspires to build sustainable business with growth higher than the market.

Dhirendra has initiated and handled various project for people development, business performance and team building which leads to organizational desired Goal. He has strong hold on interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, decision making skills with innovation & business responsiveness. He is a good team player and believes in people development with expected business outcome. He also believes that only positive attitude and passionate approach provide solutions for any obstacles.

Dhirendra is Science Graduate with Diploma in Marketing. He has expertise in Leadership Executive Role from IIM Calcutta.

His focus is to drive customer centricity and create mind space for Feminex brands among leading gynaecologists in covered market & there by establishing Feminex as the most admired & profitable verticals.

Samir Ambokar is General Manager of Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Cardio Metabolic Wellness Division. Before Joining Indiabulls Samir has learning of 22 years in Sales with prominent companies. Samir has started his career with CORE Pharma in year 1995. In 1998 Samir joined SUN Pharma & worked for 4.5 years in speciality segment like Gynaecology/Oncology/Anaesthesiology. Samir has joined Nicholas Piramal in 2003 & grown up to NSM level. Samir had learning of Neuro /Diabetes/Cardiac segment. Samir has 14 years of learning at Abbott Healthcare (erstwhile Nicholas Piramal) prominently in Diabetes & Cardiac segment.

Samir was instrumental in contributing to Big Brand like Tribet/Nervup OD/Gluformin G/PPG/Zomelis in diabetes segment.

Samir is Science Graduate B.Sc .

Abhaysinh Desai is the Head of Human Resources at Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals in 2016, Abhay has worked for nearly 15 years in Strategic HR across the various SBU’s and geographies of the Pharmaceutical Industry. Abhay started his career with Cipla Pharmaceuticals where he worked as HR Lead for Factories, R&D Center, CRO and contributed in setting up the HR function for greenfield projects. He further worked with Watson Pharmaceuticals, Glenmark and Emcure as HR lead for Corporate, Sales and Marketing SBU’s, where he was instrumental in driving Strategic through Talent & Change Management for the organisations.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Abhay brings a seamless collaboration of talent & business to set new milestones for Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals, he was Lead HR for Corporate, Sales & Marketing at Kokuyo Camlin Ltd.

Abhay is an MBA in HR from MILS and has also completed his BGL (Bachelor of General Law) from Mumbai University.

Ashish Dinesh Thakker is Vice President – Supply Chain Management of Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals. He is a result-oriented professional with more than 18 years of diversified experience in developing and maintaining sourcing vision, processes and organisation for selecting, managing and developing the enterprises strategic contract manufacturers for Pharmaceutical Industry.

In the past, Ashish has executed many unified processes and initiative that improve cost, quality, delivery and service criteria and foster long-term collaborative relationships with the vendors.

Ashish has a track record of delivering superior results by implementing strategic procurement, sourcing, cost reduction, supplier negotiation and relationship management programs that optimize the value from the supply chain.

An MBA in Business Management from NMIMS, Ashish is passionate about travelling and exploring new places. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys listening music.

Hiten is Senior General Manager - Distribution in Indiabulls Pharmaceutical Limited. Through the last 24 years, he has worked with prominent pharmaceutical companies such as Ajanta Pharma, Alkem, Indoco Remedies, IPCA Labs in the distribution domain.

Early on in his career, Hiten moved from finance to pharmaceutical industry & has grown from strength to strength here working in various roles in Purchase, Production & Distribution functions. He has over 14 years’ experience of heading the distribution function which is a testament to his proven leadership skills & operational capabilities.

Hiten has successfully led distribution set up & channel management through strong connect with channel partners & ensuring adherence to defined SOPs. At Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals, Hiten & his team are responsible for ensuring time bound product movement between central warehouses, 20+ CFA locations & 1300+ Pan India stockists.

Hiten is a commerce graduate from Mumbai university with an MBA from Institute of Business Management and Technology, New Delhi with specialisation in supply chain management.

Vivekanand Bhogale is a Deputy General Manager- Corporate Quality in Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He has more than 20 years of experience in core Corporate Quality functions specializing in total quality compliance as per Regulated & Non-Regulated Market Norms.

Vivekanand has worked in highly accredited pharmaceutical companies having global presence such as Sandoz India, Indoco Remedies, Glenmark Generics, RPG Life Sciences Ltd. He has successfully handled international auditors for MHRA, TGA, USFDA, EUGMP approvals & other MOH approvals from ROW regulatory authorities.

Vivekanand has audited more than 150 manufacturers as per FDA norms of National / International regulatory requirements for manufacturing & supplying of primary packing materials, key starting materials, finished dosage forms such as Ointment, Cream, Gel, Lotion, Mouth Wash; Sterile Dosage Forms such as Liquid / Dry Powder / Lyophilized Injectables, Ophthalmic Preparations, Gel / Ointments, Eye / Ear drops; Solid Oral Dosage forms such as Tablets, Capsules, ORS, Sachets etc.

Vivekanand is a postgraduate in chemistry. He has also studied ‘Diploma in QA/QC Management’ from Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Pune and ‘Diploma in Advance Technical & Analytical Chemistry’ from Board of Technical Exams, Maharashtra. Additionally, he has completed ‘Diploma in Personnel Management’ from K.C. College of Management Studies & Research. Also, Vivekanand is a Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Maharashtra certified ‘Technical Competent Person’ in ‘Chemical & Instrumentation Section’ and ‘Microbiology/Sterility Section’ for analysis & release of pharmaceutical products.

Shikhir heads the Activations and Patient-engagement vertical at the organization. He brings on the table a decade of experience in Trade Marketing, BTL activations and Customer Engagement initiatives, across a spectrum of industries- Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Automotive.

Shikhir holds a Management degree in Marketing from Symbiosis. His passion in the area of Marketing was instrumental in the roles he held at Tata Motors, Pidilite and Cipla, prior to joining the Indiabulls group. His entrepreneurial streak enables him to think out-of-the-box and suggest innovative strategies to facilitate organizational goals.

Ankit is Senior Manager-Human Resources at Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Ankit brings with him 5+ years of experience as an HR professional in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2017, Ankit was working with RPG Life Sciences Ltd since 2012. Ankit has strong experience in handling corporate and plant HR through the entire employee life cycle. Some of the key areas Ankit has worked on extensively are talent acquisition, goal setting, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, learning & development and employee communications through these 5 years. Ankit has a passion to engage talent through transparent working & showing the right path to success. A strong endeavour to build an exciting workplace drives Ankit to lead the front for performance management, talent management and learning & development at Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Ankit graduated in commerce from Panjab University & went on to get a Master Degree in MBA from Punjab Technical University. Ankit is a certified Thomas PPA Assessor. Ankit has been into performing arts since his graduation days & since last 1 year, has been making short films as a creative vent.
