Job Responsibilities
  • Lead initiative to establish long-term marketing strategies at the Organizational level.
  • Monitor success of marketing campaigns and report results to senior leaders
  • Make recommendations to alter marketing tactics and strategy to meet changing business and market needs
  • Enhance marketing services through implementation of industry best practices (e.g. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), etc.)
  • Partner with sales staff to evaluate and recommend most effective uses of CRM
  • Oversee and assist as needed with developing and/or maintaining email campaigns, Sales sheets, corporate websites, and social media accounts.
  • Oversee and assist as needed with planning and preparation for conferences, webinars and workshops
  • Oversee and assist with the writing, editing, and coordination of publishing blog posts, press releases, and articles.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communications platforms for each business unit
  • Establish corporate standards and procedures as appropriate to maintain consistency
  • Forecast market trends and ensure brand consistency through liasioning with internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Marketing and Communications Specialist, including oversight of deliverables, workload management, skill development and general professional growth
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)

  • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales team towards achievement of corporate sales objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Responsibilities :
Job Description: • Complete understanding of the Indirect taxation. • Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes (Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, GST, PT, PF, ESIC) and filing of returns for completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance. • Structured various transactions and agreements for indirect tax efficiencies • Preparation & Realization of all types of refund claims • Liaison with Government Department • Handling the Tax audit / transfer-price audits. • Assessment & Appeal proceedings • Advising to the Business team for changes as per GST migration. • Coordinating with the CN&F (Pan India) for proper filing of returns Qualification: • CA with 3-4 year of Experience in Taxation. • SAP knowledge preferable • Experience in Pharma industry would be preferred. • Salary Negotiable.
